performance using scripts they have developed<br />

from their own award-winning children’s books.<br />

Children’s literature specialist Elizabeth Poe will<br />

share ways librarians can help children create their<br />

own Readers Theatre productions using this<br />

collaborative model. A panel, comprised of Poe<br />

<strong>and</strong> the authors, will discuss ways Readers Theatre<br />

can help children become more deeply involved<br />

<strong>and</strong> personally responsive to quality literature.<br />
