COMPUTERS
Windows and Mac computers and printers will be
available for members and staff in the ALA Office
located at the Washington Convention Center. Sign
up in advance to use the equipment and bring your
own flash drive. Paper will be provided for the
printers.

Due to the size of the ALA Annual Conference, the
event takes place in a convention center and
several hotels. For the 2010 Annual Conference,
the exhibits, keynote speakers, and meetings and
programs will be held at the Walter E. Washington
Convention Center, located at 801 Mount Vernon
Place NW, Washington, D.C. 20001. Four hotels are
designated “Headquarter” and “Co-Headquarter”
hotels, and will host meetings, programs and
special events. Several more hotels will host some
events, and additional hotels will be part of the
ALA hotel block to include sleeping rooms.
