Ann B. Ross, Miss Julia Renews Her Vows (The
Penguin Group). Ann B. Ross holds a doctorate in
English from the University of North Carolina
Chapel Hill and has taught literature at the
University of North Carolina at Asheville. She is
the author of ten previous novels featuring the
