PENGUIN PF WOUND FILTER CARTRIDGES
Penguin wound fi lter cartridges provide true depth fi ltration and are available in a wide
selection of media and cores, including pre-leached fi brillated polypropylene, to ensure
temperature and chemical compatibility. The Series PF cartridges feature porosities from
0.5 micron to 150 micron, lengths from 3” to 40”, and a variety of diameters. Available
options include:
Filter Media: polypropylene, fi brillated polypropylene, utility grade polypropylene, natural
cotton, bleached cotton, rayon, polyester, nylon, modacrylic (dynel), glass

PENGUIN SERIES PS FILTER SLEEVES
Penguin fi lter sleeves are an alternative to standard wound fi lter cartridges. The Series
PS fi lter sleeves are economical, reusable, and effi cient when placed over its one-time
purchased polypropylene core and caps. These sleeves can be precoated and backwashed
several times before the retention of the sleeve is reduced. Series PS fi lter sleeves are
available in porosities from 2 micron to 100 micron and in lengths from 10” to 40”. Available
options include:
