SCHURMANN, Marco
Desde 1995 es activo para el Departamento de Arte. En los últimos 16 años ha tenido diferentes
puestos en varias películas, cortometrajes, anuncios, televisión, teatro y festivales. Además
en los últimos años ha escrito guiones tanto para largometrajes como cortometrajes.
Since 1995 is Marco Schürmann active for the Art Department. In the past 16 year he had
different positions for various movies, short films, commercials, television, theatre and festivals.
Furthermore, in the last few yeras he has written scripts for feature as well as short films.
SITARU, Adrian
Nació en 1971. Licenciado en informática y dirección de cine. En 2008 terminara su
primer largometraje independiente, Pescuit Sportiv. Está en pre-producción con el cortometraje
The Pekinese y trabajando para su siguiente proyecto, For Love with Best Intention.
Ha dirigido más de 10 cortos y 9 películas para televisión.
Born in 1971. License degree in computer science and film directing. In 2008 he will finish his
first independent feature film, Pescuit Sportiv. In pre-production with the short film The Pekinese,
and working for his next project, For Love with Best Intention. He has directed more than 10
shorts and 9 TV films.
SOWA, Robert
Nació en Cracovia en 1972, es director de animación y diseñador grafico. Se graduó en la Academia
de Bellas Artes de Cracovia, especializándose en animación. Sus películas The Barber y
Interior Portrait, fueron presentadas en varios festivales y proyecciones internacionales. Desde
1997 es socio y asistentedel profesor Jerzy Kucia en el estudio de animación de la Academia
de Bellas Artes.
Born in Kraków, Poland in 1972. He is an animated film director and graphic artist. Graduated
from the Graphic Faculty of the Academy of Fine Arts in Krakow, specializing in animated film.
His films The Barber and Interior Portrait were presented at many festivals and international
screenings. Since 1997 he is an associate and assistant of professor Jerzy Kucia in the Animated
Film Studio at the Academy of Fine Arts.
SOWA, Wiola
Directora de cine animado y diseñadora grafica. Se graduó en la Academia de Bellas Artes en
Cracovia. Con la película Between us obtuvo la Medalla de Rector de la Academia de Bellas
Artes en Cracovia. Recibió un premio especial en el noveno Festival de cine de Etiuda en Cracovia.
Refrains es su primera película.
Animated film director and graphic artist. Graduated from the Academy of Fine Arts in Krakow.
The film Between us was awarded the Medal of Rector of the Academy of Fine Arts in Krakow.
It also received a special award at the 9th International Film Festival Etiuda in Krakow. Refrains
is her film debut.
ULOTH, David
Después de terminar la escuela de cine en la Universidad de Concordia en el 2000, David
dirigió The Shine. En el invierno de 2003-04 el Festival Internacional de Berlín lo eligio para
representar a los jóvenes directores más prometedores en el Campus de Talento de Berlinale.
En enero viajo a Berlín y dirigió su primer guión The Pick-up. En 2005, terminó otro cortometraje,
The First Day of My Life.

After finishing film school at Concordia University in 2000, David went on to shoot The Shine.
In the winter of 2003-04 the Berlin International Film Festival chose David to represent the
years up-and-coming international directorial talent at the Berlinale Talent Campus. In January
he traveled to Berlin and shot his script The Pick-Up. In 2005, he finished another short called
The First Day of My Life.
VERNALDE, Marie
Después de sus estudios de arte, Marie Vernalde se convirtió en actriz. Lleva 15 años actuando
en el teatro y la televisión. Al mismo tiempo trabajo como ayudante de editor. Le parloir es su
primer cortometraje.
After art studies, Marie Vernalde became an actress. She has been acting in theatre and TV for 15
years. At the same time she works as an editor aide. Le parloir is her first short film.
ZENKER, Tom
Nació en Munich. Estudió Escultura en la Academia de Bellas Artes de Munich. Estudió dirección
de escenario en la Hochschule fur Schauspielkunst “Ernst Busch”, Berlín. En 1998
estudió dirección de películas en la DFFB (German Film- and Television Academy, Berlín). Entre
1999 y 2001 ha trabajado como asistente de directores Burgtheater, Viena. Desde 2003
trabaja como Productor, Guionista / director y editor.
Born in Munich. He studied sculpture at the Academy of Fine Arts, Munich. He studied stage
directing at Hochschule fur Schauspielkunst “Ernst Busch”, Berlin. In 1998 he studied film
directing at the DFFB (German Film- and Television Academy, Berlin). Between 1999 and 2001,
he worked as assistant director at Burgtheater, Viena. Since 2003 he has worked as a Producer,
Writer /Director and Editor.
