APPLICABILITY AND DEFINITIONSThis Lic<strong>en</strong>se applies to any manual or other work, in any medium,that contains a notice placed by the copyright holder saying it can bedistributed under the terms of this Lic<strong>en</strong>se. Such a notice grants a worldwide,royalty-free lic<strong>en</strong>se, unlimited in duration, to use that work underthe conditions stated herein. The “Docum<strong>en</strong>t”, below, refers to any suchmanual or work. Any member of the public is a lic<strong>en</strong>see, and is addressedas “you”. A Front-Cover Text may be atmost 5 words, and a Back-Cover Text may be at most 25 words.A “Transpar<strong>en</strong>t” copy of the Docum<strong>en</strong>t means a machine-readablecopy, repres<strong>en</strong>ted in a format whose specification is available to the g<strong>en</strong>eralpublic, that is suitable for revising the docum<strong>en</strong>t straightforwardlywith g<strong>en</strong>eric text editors or (for images composed of pixels) g<strong>en</strong>eric paintprograms or (for drawings) some widely available drawing editor, andthat is suitable for input to text formatters or for automatic translationto a variety of formats suitable for input to text formatters. A copymade in an otherwise Transpar<strong>en</strong>t file format whose markup, or abs<strong>en</strong>ceof markup, has be<strong>en</strong> arranged to thwart or discourage subsequ<strong>en</strong>tmodification by readers is not Transpar<strong>en</strong>t.
