Per quel che riguarda un altro in<strong>di</strong>catore della qualità dell’assistenza ospedaliera,<br />
ovvero la mortalità<br />
intraospedaliera per interventi chirurgici a basso rischio, si evidenzia dalla tabella 60 un decremento della<br />
casistica,<br />
complessivamente 2 casi nel 2009 contro gli 8 dell’anno precedente. Tale casistica si riferisce<br />
esclusivamente<br />
agli interventi <strong>di</strong> colecistectomia e trova riscontro anche con il dato me<strong>di</strong>o regionale.<br />
Occorre comunque osservare che,<br />
pur essendo considerati a basso rischio <strong>di</strong> mortalità, gli interventi presi<br />
in esame sono spesso in associazione ad interventi<br />
multipli e <strong>di</strong> maggiore complessità;<br />
<strong>di</strong>fatti i 2 casi deceduti a seguito <strong>di</strong> inte rvento <strong>di</strong> colecistectomia presentavano, in associazione a<br />
quest'ultimo, interventi chirurgici principali particolarmente complessi, quali: resezione intestinale<br />
dell’intestino tenue in enterite regionale e gastrectomia totale per tumore gastrico.<br />
