3.4 Kløyvd infinitiv ved sida av a-infinitiv og e-infinitivDette framlegget er teki med etter høyringsresponsen i februar-mars.Nemnda ønskjer å halda på kløyvd infinitiv ved sida av a-infinitiv og e-infinitiv. Det ertydeleg at dette er ei stor sak <strong>for</strong> dei som er opptekne av talemålsspegling i den offentlege<strong>rettskriving</strong>a.F3 vil ikkje gå mot nemnda på dette punktet, men må peika på at å halda på treinfinitivsvariantar som obligatorisk undervisningsgjenstand i skulen ikkje er i samsvar medpunkt 1 i mandatet om ei enkel, stram og tydeleg norm. Det er bortimot uråd <strong>for</strong> lekfolkutan<strong>for</strong> dialektområdet med kløyvd infintiv å læra seg eit så komplisert system som kløyvdinfintiv representerer. Kløyvd infinitiv vil måtte visast fram på lemmanivå i språklegehjelpemiddel, det held ikkje å visa til ei separat liste, som i til dømes Nynorsk ordliste fråSamlaget. Spørsmålet om kløyvd infinitiv kan såleis relaterast til valet mellomnormeringsprinsipp (1) og (2) på s. 2, der valet å halda på kløyvd infinitiv vektlegg prinsipp(2), og dermed tonar ned synet på skriftspråket som ei fellesnorm som alle skal kunna meistra.Å jamstella kløyvd infinitiv med e-infinitiv og a-infinitiv vil krevja ein del etterarbeid frånormeringshald, ettersom lista i vedlegg 4 (NR2000: 223) ikkje er heilt tilfredsstillande (dettekan inngå i den planlagde revisjonen av Nynorskordboka). Lista i NR2000 (vedlegg 4 s. 223–224) utelet samansetningar og avleiingar, men somme av verba på lista er svært produktive(til dømes gjera, draga, jf. avgjera, inndraga ofl.). F3 må peika på at også dette framleggetdreg i retning av at det oppstår undernormer innan<strong>for</strong> offisiell <strong>nynorsk</strong> <strong>rettskriving</strong>, ogsåinnan<strong>for</strong> undervisning og offentleg målbruk. F3 går ut frå at desse omsyna er vurderte avnemnda.3.5 Blanda bøyingNemnda går inn <strong>for</strong> å halda på høvet til å nytta såkalla blanda bøying av verb som kan habåde e-bøying og a-bøying, jf. punkt 3.4.2. Det vil seia at alle tre variantar nedan<strong>for</strong> skalkunna brukast utan å gje feil:e-bøying:blanda bøying:a-bøying:bruka – bruker – brukte – bruktbruka – brukar – brukte – bruktbruka – brukar – bruka – brukaBlanda bøying står sterkt i talemålet i <strong>nynorsk</strong>områda og i det <strong>nynorsk</strong>e skriftmålet. F3 gårikkje imot det, men vil peika på at dette er eit kompliserande systemdrag dersom ein tenkjerseg at reglane <strong>for</strong> blanda bøying skal gjerast eksplisitte i undervisningssamanheng ellerspråkverkty <strong>for</strong> einskildverb. Blanda bøying blir då eit ekstra bøyingsparadigme <strong>for</strong> alle verbmed både e-bøying og a-bøying, ettersom det ikkje er tale om fri blanding av dei to andreparadigma. Dette er di<strong>for</strong> også eit framlegg som dreg i retning av at det oppstår undernormer.4 Vegen vidareNynorsk<strong>rettskriving</strong>a skal no handsamast i styret i <strong>Språkrådet</strong> og deretter iKulturdepartementet.
