1956. godine, koji je donela Savezna skupãtina, na sednici Veña graœana od 29. decembra 1997. godine i na sednici<br />

SAOBRAÑAJU IZMEŒU FEDERATIVNE NARODNE REPUBLIKE JUGOSLAVIJE I REPUBLIKE<br />

ÅEHOSLOVAÅKE, POTPISAN U BEOGRADU 28. FEBRUARA 1956. GODINE<br />

Ålan 1.<br />

Potvrœuje se Memorandum o saglasnosti uz Sporazum o vazduãnom saobrañaju izmeœu FNR Jugoslavije i<br />

Republike Åehoslovaåke od 28. februara 1956. godine, koji je potpisan u Beogradu 23. aprila 1997. godine, u originalu<br />

na engleskom jeziku.<br />

MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING<br />

TO THE AIR TRANSPORT AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE<br />

FEDERAL PEOPLES REPUBLIC OF YUGOSLAVIA AND THE<br />

REPUBLIC OF CZECHOSLOVAKIA SIGNED AT BELGRADE ON<br />

28 FEBRUARY 1956<br />

The Federal Government of the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia and the<br />

Government of the Czech Republic hereinafter referred to as the “Contracting<br />

Parties”, desiring to promote the development of air services and so<br />

contribute to international cooperation, in accordance with Article 10 of the<br />

Agreement, have agreed as follows:<br />

Article 1<br />

Each Contracting Party grants to the designated airline of the other<br />

Contracting Party the right to sell freely its own air transportation in the territory<br />

of the respective Contracting Party, in accordance with national regulations.<br />

Article 2<br />

Each Contracting Party grants to the designated airline of the other<br />

Contracting Party the right to remit to their home territory the excess of<br />

receipts over expenditures gained in the territory of the first Contracting<br />

Party, in freely convertible currency. The transfer shall be made in accordance<br />

with foreign exchange regulations in force in the territory of this<br />

other Contracting Party at the official rate of exchange applicable on the<br />

day the transfer is made. Actual transfer shall be executed without delay<br />

and shall not be subject to any charges except normal service charge collected<br />

by banks for such transactions.<br />

Article 3<br />

The designated airline of either Contracting Party may establish its own<br />

office in the territory of the other Contracting Party, in accordance with<br />

national laws and regulations of that Contracting Party.<br />

Article 4<br />

This Memorandum of Understanding will come into force when the<br />

Contracting Parties will have notified each other, by the exchange of diplomatic<br />

notes, that they have fulfilled their Constitutional provisions.<br />
