epercussions. Our final objective was the connection of all symptoms with<br />

the labour conditions with their common factor, witch is the degree of<br />

satisfaction of the offered work.<br />

The research we made was quantitative. Our sample was constituted by 50<br />

men and 50 women from witch the 50 were public employees and the other 50<br />

were private employees. Our questionnaire had questions of scale (likert). The<br />

sampling became with the method of avalanche. The research did not show<br />

that exist statistic importance between the healths of public employees and<br />

private. The important in our research was the positive linear relation of<br />

degree of satisfaction of offered work with the labour conditions and also the<br />

negative relation that has the degree of satisfaction of the offered work with<br />

the psycho symptoms, the somatic symptoms and the depress symptoms.<br />

The results of our research can be summarising as follows:<br />

1. Positive labour conditions→ positive degree of satisfaction →reduction<br />

of psycho symptoms, somatic symptoms and depress symptoms<br />

2. Negative degree of satisfaction→ negative labour conditions→<br />

increases of psycho symptoms, somatic symptoms and depress<br />

symptoms.<br />

And reverse.<br />
