Schmierung für Units und Getriebeboxen<br />

Lubrication <strong>for</strong> Units and Gearboxes<br />
<strong>Harmonic</strong> <strong>Drive</strong> Units werden einbaufertig geliefert. Sie sind<br />
werksseitig <strong>mit</strong> einer Lebensdauer-Fettschmierung versehen. Das<br />
eingesetzte <strong>Harmonic</strong> <strong>Drive</strong> Hochleistungsfett ist auf die speziellen<br />
An<strong>for</strong>derungen der <strong>Harmonic</strong> <strong>Drive</strong> Getriebe abgestimmt.<br />
Es gewährleistet konstante Genauigkeit der Getriebe über die<br />
gesamte Lebensdauer. Nachschmieren der Units ist nicht er<strong>for</strong>derlich.<br />
<strong>Harmonic</strong> <strong>Drive</strong> Units are delivered ready <strong>for</strong> immediate<br />
installation. They are supplied with lifetime lubricant which is<br />
a high per<strong>for</strong>mance grease that meets the specific requirements<br />
of the <strong>Harmonic</strong> <strong>Drive</strong> gears. It guarantees constant accuracy of<br />
the gears <strong>for</strong> their whole life. A re-lubrication of the Units is not<br />
necessary.<br />

Ölschmierung<br />
<strong>Harmonic</strong> <strong>Drive</strong> Units <strong>mit</strong> Ölschmierung sind kundenspezifische<br />
Sonderanfertigungen. Schmierung und Nachschmierung werden<br />
individuell festgelegt.<br />
Grease Re-Lubrication<br />
The units are supplied with <strong>Harmonic</strong> <strong>Drive</strong> lifetime lubricant<br />
which is a high per<strong>for</strong>mance grease that meets the specific<br />
requirements of the <strong>Harmonic</strong> <strong>Drive</strong> gears. It guarantees constant<br />
accuracy of the gears <strong>for</strong> the whole operating life. A re-lubrication<br />
of the Units is not necessary <strong>for</strong> typical applications.<br />
Oil Lubrication<br />
<strong>Harmonic</strong> <strong>Drive</strong> Units with oil lubrication are customer specific<br />
solutions. Lubrication and re-lubrication are defined individually.<br />
