Ziel: The course is intended to give stu-<br />
dents an introduction to specific issues in<br />
u.s. contract law and the sale of goods<br />
un<strong>der</strong> the us uniform commercial code.<br />
students will be required to read and un<strong>der</strong>stand<br />
case and statutory law, discuss<br />
relevant legal issues using appropriate<br />
legal vocabulary, and apply what they have<br />
learned in written exercises.<br />
Inhalt: course materials consist of rea-<br />
ding and listening texts based on the ilEc<br />
examination. Written work will consist<br />
of a letter (180 – 200 words) and a short<br />
memorandum (220 – 240 words) based on<br />
the ilEc model.<br />

business forms, company formation, articles<br />
