Das Leben, der Tod und dazwischen der Aldi - Andreas Donder ...

Vor zwei Jahren, zu Sai Babas 75igsten Geburtstag,
wurden hier 5 Millionen Gäste aus aller Welt
beherbergt. Ich schlafe in einem Hotel außerhalb des
Ashrams. Wie üblich, ist alles etwas schmuddelig und
laut. Nach der perfekten Hotel-Anlage auf Sri Lanka
muss ich mich erstmal auf den ortsüblichen Standard
einstellen. Drei Inder bringen mich auf mein Zimmer.
Der eine trägt meinen Tagesrucksack, der zweite
trägt mein Handgepäck und der dritte erklärt mir
Wasserhahn und Stromanschlüsse. Und jeder will ein
Trinkgeld.
Eine Mischung aus feinem Staub, heisser Sonne,
rußigen Abgasen, Schweiss und Krach überzieht
alles und jeden. In der Straße und in den Räumen.
Der Kampf dagegen ist nur mit stoischer Ruhe zu
gewinnen.
WUNDER IM HANDUMDREHEN.
Sai Baba ist ein indischer Heiliger, ein Guru, ein
Avatar. Vor 18 Jahren habe ich zum ersten Mal von
ihm gehört. Von seinen Wundern. Er materialisiert
Gegenstände aus dem Nichts und heilige Asche im
Handumdrehen. Und das sagt er über sich selbst:

Leela of mine has significance. I am the Witness of
