Water in Papermaking –
water analyses - effluent treatment
Seminar in English language
TARGET GROUP
Junior employees, operating newcomers and technical staff
of effluent treatment plants in the papermaking industry,
plant engineers and constructors, anybody interested in
"water in papermaking” and "waste water treatment” issues
or entrusted with the planning and settlement of effluent
treatment projects, or needing to know the fundamentals for
the operation of effluent treatment plants and of water for
papermaking applications.
TARGET
Attendees will be imparted fundamental and detail
knowledge of the subject "purification of effluent in the
pulp and paper industry" in a clear and concise way.
Junior employees, career changers and technical staff
who are working on effluent treatment plants with
different educational or professional backgrounds will be
taught the basics and details of all issues relevant to
water purification and water use and consumption in the
pulp and paper industry. They will be given a concise,
comprehensive overview of the area, with special attention
being paid to water use, water analytics and different
effluent treatment stages and technologies, technical
equipment, operation and avoidance of malfunctions. The
presentations are topped off by a technical visit of a
waste water treatment plant in a paper mill.
