28 Aus der noch unstrukturierten Geschäftsidee folgt die strukturierte gedankliche<br />
Vorwegnahme der Umsetzung des <strong>Geschäftskonzepts</strong>. 29 Der Literatur folgend,<br />
sollen in dieser Phase alle relevanten Informationen systematisch <strong>und</strong> strukturiert berücksichtigt<br />
<strong>und</strong> zu einem <strong>Businessplan</strong> verdichtet werden. 30<br />
Die formale Struktur <strong>eines</strong> <strong>Businessplan</strong>s, ausgedrückt in seinen Elementen <strong>und</strong> Verknüpfungen,<br />
ist dem Initiator der Geschäftsidee eine Leitschnur bei der gedanklichen<br />
Vorwegnahme. 31 Der <strong>Businessplan</strong> ist also gleichzeitig Führungslinie <strong>und</strong> Ergebnis<br />
