Nordosten Thailands) und Bangkok.
Kräuter, Gewürze und Gemüse werden
zweimal wöchentlich frisch aus
Thailand eingeflogen. Serviert wird
in stylisch-schlichtem Ambiente.
Die feine Gratwanderung zwischen
Authentizität und Anpassung finden
wir sehr gelungen. Ein besonderes
Highlight ist das Fondue thai / thai
sukiyaki, das nur im Papaya am
Kleistpark serviert wird.

the thai chefs prepare an abundance
of original Thai specialties
using organic meats. These recipes
are noticeably different from the typically
europeanized versions we so
often come across. The culinary focus
stems from the region of Isaan
(located in the north-east of Thailand)
and Bangkok. Herbs, spices
and vegetables are flown in twice a
week from Thailand. The food is served
in a sleek and stylish ambience.
We are certain they have succeeded
in capturing the fine line between
authenticity and assimilation. The
fondue thai / thai sukiyaki is a real
treat but it’s only offered at the Papaya
at Kleistpark.
