Conclusion<br />

1. Thermo-grams of pure and amino acids doped KDP crystals suggested<br />

that as the doping increased the crystals became thermally less stable<br />

and dehydrated faster at comparatively lower temperature.<br />

2. The values of kinetic and thermodynamic parameters decreased with<br />

The increase in the level of doping.<br />

3. The higher values of activation energy and standard entropy of<br />

activation suggested more stable condition for pure KDP crystal than<br />

amino acids doped KDP crystals.<br />

4. The positive value of # H o and # S o suggested spontaneous nature of<br />

reaction or phase transition at higher temperature.<br />

5. By doping amino acids in KDP crystals, one faces slight sacrifice in the<br />

thermal stability of crystals.<br />
