OUTLOOK<br />
In <strong>the</strong> next step, <strong>the</strong> ma<strong>in</strong> focus of attention is on <strong>the</strong><br />
<strong>in</strong>tensity analysis <strong>and</strong> <strong>the</strong> calculation of <strong>the</strong> roughness <strong>in</strong><br />
3D‐space. Different approaches have been given <strong>in</strong> <strong>the</strong><br />
literature, with<strong>in</strong> <strong>the</strong>se <strong>the</strong> roughness‐length method <strong>and</strong><br />
<strong>the</strong> root mean square method are promis<strong>in</strong>g, which we<br />
are go<strong>in</strong>g to test.<br />
