Developing Your Career Map<br />

This bilingual workshop is for faculty across the<br />

career-span continuum.<br />

Participants will be guided through small- and<br />

large-group activities that will provide the<br />

opportunity for reflection on career goals and<br />

the identification of resources and strategies to<br />

promote the achievement of career success and<br />

fulfillment. The workshop will be presented in<br />

bilingual format.<br />

Participants will be able to:<br />

1. Describe their values as they relate to their<br />

professional and personal lives<br />

2. Identify current priorities for their own career<br />

development<br />

3. Develop a career map<br />

4. Identify key goals and plans for the next<br />

one to three years<br />
