All participants at any of the scheduled meetings and<br />

abstract presenters must register. Messages for registrants<br />

will be posted on a message board in the registration<br />

area as well as sent out via the CCME 2013 mobile app.<br />

Pre-registration is necessary for the CAME Awards<br />

Luncheon, the AFMC Awards Reception and President’s<br />

Address and also for the Monday evening social event.<br />

Tickets are limited and guests aged 18 and over are<br />

welcome.<br />

HEALTH BREAKS<br />

GENERAL IN<strong>FOR</strong>MATION<br />

The CCME is committed to providing health-conscious<br />

opportunities to delegates. CCME 2013 is introducing<br />

yoga and zumba classes, as well as light stretching during<br />

the plenary sessions.<br />

The yoga and zumba classes will take place from 6am to<br />

7am on Sunday, April 21, through to Tuesday, April 23.<br />

Yoga classes will take place at the Hilton Hotel on the<br />

first floor, in the Porte du Palais room. Zumba classes will<br />

take place in the Hilton Hotel on the second floor, in the<br />

Beauport room. Please sign up for these classes at the<br />

registration desk located in the Grande Place in the Hilton<br />

Québec Hotel. There is no payment to participate and all<br />

fitness levels are welcome. We simply ask delegates to<br />

wear comfortable workout attire (for both yoga and<br />

zumba classes).<br />

BUSINESS OFFICE<br />

The CCME is once again offering a business centre<br />

equipped with computers, printers, a photocopier, and<br />

various business supplies to all CCME delegates. It is<br />

located in the Quebec City Convention Centre on the<br />

second floor, in Studio 2. It will be open Friday, April 19,<br />

to Monday, April 22, from 7am to 5pm and on Tuesday,<br />

April 23, from 7am to noon.<br />

FOOD AND COFFEE BREAKS<br />

Breakfast will be served from 7am to 8:30am on Sunday,<br />

Monday, and Tuesday in the Quebec City Convention<br />

Centre on the second floor, Sector 2000 (Exhibit Hall).<br />

Lunch will be served from 11:30am to 1:30pm on<br />

Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday in the Quebec City<br />

Convention Centre on the 2nd floor, Sector 2000<br />

(Exhibit Hall).<br />

Coffee breaks will be served from 10:00am to 10:30am<br />

on Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday and from 2:30pm to<br />

3:00pm on Saturday, Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday<br />

morning. The coffee breaks on Saturday and Tuesday<br />

morning will take place at the Hilton Hotel on the<br />

first floor, in the Grande Place.<br />

A grab-and-go snack will be offered to delegates at 12pm<br />

at the Hilton Hotel on the first floor in the Grande Place<br />

on Tuesday following the closing plenary.<br />
