Intermediate Apprenticeship Level 2 and Advanced Apprenticeship Level 3 Hospitality
What will I study?
There are a wide variety of jobs available within our industry and we can offer Apprenticeships
that cover both food production and food and drink service. If you want to be a chef you
will work in a kitchen along side professional chefs learning and developing your skills in
cookery. If customer service is the area that you want to work in then you could be working
in a restaurant or bar and be involved in the service and presentation of food and drink. You
will develop your skills and gaining great work based experience. You will also complete a
technical certifi cate that will introduce you to the Principles of Hospitality and Catering and
Key Skills.
Moving on
Once you have completed your Apprenticeship programme you can continue to add to your
skill base by undertaking specialist qualifi cations. Alternatively you can apply for supervisory
or management roles having become a valuable resource with good industry experience and a
Nationally recognised qualifi cation.
