CATERING
We currently work with the prestigious
Cooking School which means our
learners use state of the art facilities.
The hospitality and catering industry
is a young and vibrant sector. There is
lots of night and weekend work, so you
will need to be dedicated, enthusiastic
and full of energy, but you will also
benefit from the added flexibility that
working shifts can provide. This is one
of the biggest industries in the country,
spanning restaurants, hotels, cafés,
bars, and other catering providers.
Public services, large companies and
department stores all need canteens
and catering staff, too.
Our students get the chance to study
professional cookery and develop
the skills that they have learnt in the
classroom through fantastic hands on
experience in state of the art facilities,
and we also offer the opportunity to
take an apprenticeship in hospitality.
