Es tractava d’eliminar la negror de la pedra i de bastir el fons
del presbiteri, per la qual cosa es va decidir de col·locar-hi un
tapís i, al damunt, el Crist. Aquest tapís és dedicat a la
Santíssima Trinitat, i hi figuren els tres noms. El projecte fou
estudiat en un collage de paper de tons molt tranquils, torrats,
tots els quals eren un cant al cel i a la terra. S’hi pot endevinar
el sol, la lluna, els camps, el mar i les plantes, i del Pare surten
els raigs que donen virtut i vida al conjunt. La Creu és situada
al damunt d’aquest tapís fet per l’Àngela i la Dolors Dalmau.
Aquí es mostra el cap de Crist fos en alumini, serè en la seva
expressió, interromput per un tall.
It deals with eliminating the blackness of the stone and of building
the background of the presbytery for which reason it was
decided to hang a tapestry and above, the Christ. This tapestry
is dedicated to the Sacred Trinity and there figure the three
names. The project was studied on a paper collage of very calm
tones, toasted, all of which were a song to the sky and earth.
One can perceive the sun, the moon, the fields, the sea and the
plants, and of the Father coming out of the rays which give virtue
and life to the whole. The Cross is situated above this
tapestry. Here is shown the head of Christ made in aluminium,
serene in its expression, interrupted by a cut.
