BARFONT (BF)<br />

Chapter —Program Instructions<br />

Purpose Statement specifying fonts for the printing of bar code interpretation.<br />

Syntax BARFONT|BF[#,][,[,[,<br />

[, [,[,[,[,[,<br />

]]]]]]]]][ON]<br />

# is, optionally, the start parameter in the syntax above.<br />

is the name of the font selected for bar code interpretations.<br />

is the height in points of the font.<br />

is the clockwise slant in degrees (0-90°).<br />

is the distance in dots between bar code and bar font.<br />

is the magnification in regard of height (1-4).<br />

is the magnification in regard of width (1-4).<br />

is the width enlargement in percent relative the height (1-1000).<br />

Default: 100. Does not work with bitmap fonts.<br />

is the insertion point for the bar code interpretation.<br />

is the horizontal offset from the insertion point for the bar code<br />

interpretation.<br />

is the vertical offset from the insertion point for the bar code<br />

interpretation.<br />

ON optionally enables the printing of bar code interpretation.<br />

Reset to default by: PRINTFEED execution.<br />

Remarks Start Parameter:<br />

The start parameter specifies which parameter in the syntax above should<br />

be the first parameter in the statement. Thereby you may bypass some of<br />

the initial parameters.<br />

Default value: #1<br />

Font Name:<br />

This parameter corresponds to the FONT statement, but will only affect<br />

bar code interpretation. Double-byte fonts cannot be used.<br />

Default : Swiss 721 BT<br />

Font Size:<br />

This parameter corresponds to the FONT statement, but will only affect<br />

bar code interpretation. The size is specified in points. (1 point = 1/72 inch<br />

≈ 0.352 mm.)<br />

Default : 12<br />

Font Slant:<br />

This parameter corresponds to the FONT statement, but will only affect<br />

bar code interpretation. Slanting increases clockwise. Values greater that<br />

65-70° will be unreadable.<br />

Default : 0<br />
