CHAPTER NINE T-6B PRIMARY INSTRUMENT NAVIGATION Procedure. The same D LIDS check applies. D – DME hold not required. L – LOC set 111.7 (i-CLL). I – Inbound course, SET FRONT COURSE in the CDI – 343º. D – Display: Set the NAV source to VOR. PFD should show LOC as a localizer frequency set in the VOR. S – Speeds - same airspeeds apply as in a front course localizer.
