developed rebr<strong>and</strong>ing concept. Therefore, the pricing, placing, promotional strategy <strong>and</strong> the product (the market<br />

offering) itself would able to integrate <strong>and</strong> coordinate with the newly developed rebr<strong>and</strong>ing concept. Finally, various<br />

customised promotion would be conducted. For example, providing superior value to Australian overseas student agents<br />

would motivate them to promote Australian education to prospective international students rather than other<br />

international education destinations in global IEI. Finally, evaluation of the whole process (the circle) of Figure 1 needs<br />

to be conducted to know the outcome <strong>and</strong> initiate any corrective actions.<br />

Conclusion <strong>and</strong> Implication<br />

The contemporary challenges of Australian IEI have been described briefly. A conceptual rebr<strong>and</strong>ing model has been<br />

developed from the analysis of existing rebr<strong>and</strong>ing principles. Detailed description of the model <strong>and</strong> its‘ applicability on<br />

Australian IEI have been demonstrated based on the contemporary challenges of the IEI. Therefore, utilising the<br />

rebr<strong>and</strong>ing model has established for rebr<strong>and</strong>ing industrial or corporate image of Australian IEI. Moreover, examining<br />

the significance of the model across industries <strong>and</strong> markets would strengthen the impact of the model in rebr<strong>and</strong>ing<br />

practice.<br />
