The b-to-b market for office supplies is red hot, and every major supplier
Internet selling. During Q1 2001, online sales increased by 13% to $28.4
million, or 9.4% of net sales. The PC Connection Web site has won
recognition from numerous industry publications for its easy navigation,
wealth of product information, simple ordering, and excellent customer
service. The site lists more than 100,000 brand-name products
and is supported by a staff of technically trained outbound sales account
managers and catalog telesales representatives. The company delivers
