DES-3526 / DES-3526DC Fast Ethernet Layer 2 Switch<br />

VLAN ID The VLAN ID (VID) of the multicast group.<br />

Multicast Group The IP address of the multicast group.<br />

MAC Address The MAC address of the multicast group.<br />

Queries A read-only field showing the status of the Querier State. Disabled implies that the<br />

Switch is not transmitting IGMP Snooping Query packets, while Enabled means those<br />

packets are being transmitted.<br />

Reports The total number of reports received for this group.<br />

Port Map These are the ports where the IGMP packets were snooped are displayed.<br />

NOTE: To configure IGMP snooping for the DES-3526, go to the<br />

Configuration folder and select IGMP. Configuration and other<br />

information concerning IGMP snooping may be found in Section 6 of<br />

this manual under IGMP.<br />

IGMP Snooping Forwarding<br />

This window will display the current IGMP snooping forwarding table entries currently configured on<br />

the Switch. To view the following screen, open the Monitoring folder and click the IGMP Snooping<br />

Forwarding link.<br />

The user may search the IGMP Snooping Forwarding Table by VID clicking the top left hand corner<br />

Search button.<br />

Parameter Description<br />

VLAN ID The VLAN ID (VID) of the multicast group.<br />
