the first quarter or as soon as is practical.<br />

Improves muscle tone, flexibility, and endurance<br />
through exercising to music. Students practice relaxation<br />
techniques, isometric exercises and exercises<br />
for figure control.<br />

Co-Ed Aerobics • V1-2 CR<br />
Provides cardiovascular improvement, changes metabolism,<br />
and burns body fat. Students exercise to music<br />
during the entire class period. A low-impact option<br />
is also available to promote cardiovascular benefit, fat<br />
burning, and toning without the stress of jumping.<br />

Introduces basic skills and techniques of golf. Students<br />
practice grip, stance, swing, use of various<br />
