Marketing Management<br />
This program prepares students for the many<br />
opportunities that exist in the field of marketing. The<br />
degree programs offer training in marketing management;<br />
certificate programs offer short-term training<br />
in retail management and sales and marketing.<br />
Students are prepared to compete for entry-level<br />
and middle management positions in business including<br />
sales representative, sales manager, marketing<br />
manager, department manager, and buyer. Related<br />
areas include advertising, distribution, marketing<br />
research, and customer service. Students in the<br />
program receive training in the functional areas of<br />
business with specialized training in marketing. The<br />
curriculum is balanced with theoretical instruction<br />
and practical applications. An evening program option<br />
allows students to complete all the requirements<br />

Nuclear Medicine<br />
Technology<br />
This twelve-month, full-time, selective-admissions<br />
certificate program is a cooperative effort with<br />
Virginia Mason Medical Center, Swedish Medical<br />
Center, and Syncor Pharmacy. To be considered for<br />
acceptance into the program, students must follow<br />
specific admissions guidelines, published annually.<br />
Curriculum prepares students to become nuclear<br />
medicine technologists, able to give reassurance to<br />
patients who may be anxious about their procedure<br />
or unfamiliar with the world of nuclear medicine, to<br />
explain medical procedures and their risks, to prepare<br />
and administer radiopharmaceuticals, and to<br />
position patients for the imaging process. Upon successful<br />
completion of this program, the student will<br />
be eligible for national certification exams.<br />
