Professional/Technical Degrees & Certificates at BCC<br />

BCC offers a broad selection of credit and noncredit<br />

programs in professional and technical<br />

fields. The degrees and certificates currently available<br />

are grouped by general categories below. The<br />

numbers in the A.A. degree and credit certificate<br />

columns are the total credits required. In most<br />

cases, a full-time student can complete a 90-credit<br />

program in two academic years, a 45-credit program<br />

in one academic year, a 30-credit program in<br />

two quarters, and so on. The non-credit certificates<br />

can be completed within 4-7 months.<br />

A # sign indicates a program with selective admissions<br />

criteria. Students in these programs<br />

should contact the department for entrance requirements,<br />

application timelines, and other details;<br />

they must still complete the regular BCC admissions<br />

process as well.<br />
