We hereby submit following details/documents in support <strong>of</strong> meeting the Qualification<br />
Requirements prescribed in Clause 2.1.2.2. [In Case the Bidder is a Trading Licensee, the<br />
Bidder shall ensure that the entity developing the power station has obtained the Consents,<br />
Clearances and Permits and the Bidder shall submit documentary evidence regarding the same<br />
in its Bid.]<br />
1 Land:<br />
(a) In case the total land, is being acquired under the Land Acquisition Act 1894: We<br />
declare that the total land, as indicated in the application filed with the competent<br />
authority <strong>for</strong> seeking environmental clearance, is being acquired under the Land<br />
Acquisition Act 1894 and copy <strong>of</strong> notification issued <strong>for</strong> such land under Section 4<br />
<strong>of</strong> the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 is enclosed.<br />
(b) In case land is not being acquired under Land Acquisition Act 1894: We declare<br />
that the Area <strong>of</strong> land allotted/ or <strong>for</strong> which lease has been executed <strong>for</strong> a period <strong>of</strong> -<br />
--[indicate no. <strong>of</strong> years]/ or taken under possession or/ which is under ownership/<br />
