Shortlisting <strong>of</strong> Successful Bidder(s) and issue <strong>of</strong> LOI T0 + 100 days<br />
Signing <strong>of</strong> RFP Documents T0 +120 days<br />
Note: The Procurer/ Authorized Representative to provide specific dates in the table<br />
above.<br />
2.8.3 The duration <strong>for</strong> a Bid process shall not exceed a maximum duration <strong>of</strong> 195 days,<br />
irrespective <strong>of</strong> any modification/ amendment to the RFP and/or RFP Documents. In the<br />
event that the Bid process has not been completed in such time limit, the Procurer/<br />
Authorized Representative shall obtain approval from the Appropriate Commission <strong>for</strong><br />
extension or the cancellation <strong>of</strong> the same.<br />
2.9 Validity <strong>of</strong> the Bid<br />
2.9.1 The Bidder shall submit the Bid which shall remain valid up to one hundred and twenty<br />
(120) days after the Bid Deadline (“Bid Validity”). The Procurer/ Authorized<br />
Representative reserve the right to reject any Bid which does not meet the<br />
a<strong>for</strong>ementioned validity requirement.<br />
2.9.2 The Procurer/ Authorized Representative may solicit the Bidders’ consent <strong>for</strong> an<br />
extension <strong>of</strong> the period <strong>of</strong> validity <strong>of</strong> the Bid. The request and the response in this<br />
regard shall be in writing. In the event any Bidder refuses to extend its Bid validity as<br />
requested by the Procurer/ Authorized Representative, the Procurer/ Authorized<br />
Representative shall not be entitled to invoke the Bid Bond. A Bidder accepting the<br />
Procurer/ Authorized Representative request <strong>for</strong> validity extension shall not be<br />
permitted to modify its Bid and such Bidder shall, accordingly, extend the validity <strong>of</strong><br />
the Bid Bond as requested by the Procurer/ Authorized Representative and further<br />
undertake not to participate in any bid process as per Clause 2.1.2.4 within seven (7)<br />
days <strong>of</strong> such request, failing which the Bid shall not be considered as valid.<br />
2.10 Method <strong>of</strong> Submission<br />
2.10.1 Bids are to be submitted in a single closed cover envelope (as mentioned in Clause<br />
2.10.2) containing Envelope I (Non-Financial Bid) and Envelope II (Financial Bid)<br />
each one duly closed separately. Envelope I (Non-Financial Bid) and Envelope II<br />
(Financial Bid) should be transcript in the following way;<br />
