Scope Details<br />
9. Transmission Losses The transmission losses from the Interconnection<br />
Point to the Delivery Point shall be borne by the<br />
Procurer(s).<br />
10. Arranging<br />
Transmission Access<br />
………….. [Insert ‘Seller(s)’ or ‘Procurer(s)’, as<br />
applicable] shall be responsible <strong>for</strong> arranging<br />
transmission access from the Injection Point to the<br />
Delivery Point. Such arrangement shall be as per<br />
the regulations specified by the Appropriate<br />
Commission, as amended from time to time.<br />
The ………….. [Insert ‘Seller(s)’ or ‘Procurer(s)’,<br />
as applicable] shall initiate action <strong>for</strong> development<br />
<strong>of</strong> the requisite transmission system from Injection<br />
Point to the Delivery Point by co-coordinating with<br />
the CTU and concerned STU in accordance with<br />
the relevant regulations <strong>of</strong> the Appropriate<br />
Commission.<br />
The Seller shall be wholly responsible to arrange<br />
transmission access from the Interconnection Point<br />
to the Injection Point.<br />
The Procurer(s) shall be wholly responsible to<br />
arrange transmission access from the station<br />
switchyard <strong>of</strong> the generation source in case <strong>of</strong> the<br />
generating source being in the same state as that <strong>of</strong><br />
the Procurer(s).<br />
11. Transmission Charges [Insert in case <strong>of</strong> Procurer(s) arranging<br />
transmission access: “For transmission <strong>of</strong> power<br />
from the Injection Point to the Delivery Point, the<br />
Procurer(s) shall be responsible to enter into a<br />
commercial arrangement with the CTU/ STU, as<br />
the case may be, to bear the transmission charges as<br />
notified by the CERC/ SERC, as the case may be,<br />
from time to time.”]<br />

access: “For transmission <strong>of</strong> power from the<br />
Injection Point to the Delivery Point, the Seller(s)<br />
shall be responsible to enter into a commercial<br />

be, to bear the transmission charges as notified by<br />
the CERC/SERC, as the case may be, from time to<br />
time. Further, the Seller(s) shall then claim the<br />
reimbursement <strong>of</strong> such Transmission Charges from<br />
the Procurer(s).”]<br />
