model and with the best model achieved with the dynamic logistic regression<br />

model. Furthermore the effect of the cut-off value without the PEG-IFN HBV Treatment<br />

Index as an offset was used to calculate the negative predicted value (NPV) using only<br />

one crude cut-off value.<br />

Statistical analysis was performed using the SAS 9.2 program (SAS Institute Inc., Cary,<br />

NC, USA); especially the PROC GENMOD procedure with the REPEATED statement was<br />
