In 2010, the number of female managers
(excluding Supor) increased at almost twice the
rate of male managers (+10.7% compared with
5.9%). Today, women represent 33% of all the
Group’s managers.

The severity rate did not change. Including Supor in 2010, the frequency rate was 5.83, and the severity rate 0.19.
