4. If you want to save your search, enter a name for the report and select Save this Report.
5. Using the View As pop-up menu, choose the format in which you want to view the report.
6. If you want the results to be sorted, choose how you want them sorted using the Sort Results By pop-up
menus.
7. Click the Criteria tab, and narrow your search by clicking the Add (+) button next to each search type that
corresponds to the information that you want to use.
A list of searchable items is displayed.
8. Click the items that you want to use in your search, and further specify the search criteria using the fields
provided.
9. If you are viewing the report in a supported format, click the Display Fields pane and select the checkbox
next to each attribute that you want displayed in your search results.
10. Click the Search button.
