Actions Suggested in the Maumee RAP Recommendations Report The monitoring program should be conducted by a consortium of local water quality monitoring entities including the University of Toledo, TESD, and the US Army Corps of Engineers (ACOE), and involving Ohio EPA with oversight being provided by the RAP Implementation Committee.
