Rear Axle and Suspension<br />

The torque values in the previous tables are based on the<br />

use of clean and dry threads.<br />

For standard capscrews:<br />

1. Always use the torque values listed the capscrew table.<br />

2. Reduce torque by 10% when engine oil is used as a<br />

lubricant.<br />

3. Reduce torque by 20% if new plated capscrews are<br />

used.<br />
