Michael Valentine-Urbschat<br />
is a Principal in the Automotive Competence Center at <strong>Roland</strong> <strong>Berger</strong> Strategy<br />
Consultants, where he is responsible for the e-mobility cluster. He has more than<br />
10 years of experience in consulting and as a senior manager in the automotive<br />
industry, focusing on R&D strategies, new vehicle concepts and powertrain design.<br />
Michael holds a Masters degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Technical<br />
University in Munich and an MBA from INSEAD.<br />

Dr. Wolfgang Bernhart<br />
is a Partner in the Automotive Competence Center at <strong>Roland</strong> <strong>Berger</strong> Strategy<br />
Consultants. Wolfgang coordinates our activities related to new technologies<br />
(such as electrification of the powertrain), engineering and R&D. He has more<br />
than 16 years of experience working in consulting and in the automotive industry,<br />
focusing on globalization, R&D, new business model design and performance improvement.<br />
Wolfgang studied production engineering at the University of Karlsruhe<br />
and holds a Ph.D. from the Institute for Machine Tools and Operations<br />
Technology.<br />
