SCHOOLING 2025 AND ACTION PLAN TO 2014 7. Improve the average performance in languages of Grade 6 learners 8. Improve the average performance in mathematics of Grade 6 learners 9. Ensure that all schools are funded at least at the minimum per learner levels determined nationally and that funds are utilised transparently and effectively 24.
