This course presents proper techniques in<br />

negotiation and conflict resolution. Key practices<br />

that determine successful negotiation are<br />

explored. This course covers principles of<br />

conflict resolution that may be used in various<br />

situations, such as business policies, accepted<br />

business practices, contracts, purchases, labor<br />

union contracts, pay raises and starting<br />

course covers the role of selling in the marketing<br />

techniques. This course requires a minimum<br />

of 45 hours of work and carries three credit<br />

hours. Students should expect to spend 60-90<br />
