Auto Collision Technology<br />
(In cooperation with and taught at Warren Tech)<br />
Degree: Associate of Applied Science<br />
Certificates: Five (NATEF)areas<br />
This is a National Certified Auto Collision Repair program with the<br />
primary purpose of preparing you for careers in the auto collision<br />
industry. You can also achieve the necessary credits to obtain an associate<br />
degree. A minimum of 46 ACT credits. 15 general education<br />
areas of instruction are required for the AAS degree. Some of the<br />
courses may transfer to a bachelor’s degree in automotive management.<br />
It is imperative that all students comply with personal and environmental<br />
safety practices associated with clothing, respiratory protection,<br />
eye protection, hand tools, power tools power equipment proper<br />
ventilation and the handling, storage and disposal of chemicals/materials<br />
in accordance with local state and federal safety and environmental<br />
regulations.<br />
