is responsible for the study and execution of jo<strong>in</strong>t projects <strong>in</strong> the Pilcomayo River.<br />

In order to facilitate this commerce, a bridge was created across the Plata River which runs between the two<br />
national territories. One of the responsibilities of COBAICO is oversee<strong>in</strong>g the susta<strong>in</strong>able management and<br />
preservation of the Plata River.<br />
