Joint commission for the protection of Italian-Swiss waters against pollution (CIPAIS)

waterways; Organize and ensure the necessary research to determine the origin, the nature of and the scale
of pollution, and to make use of the results of this research; Propose to the contracting governments measures
to take to treat existing pollution and to prevent all future pollution.
