. An application process will be used to fill the positions of the CEO<br />
Board, including Marketing, Recruitment and Retention, and Event<br />
Planners.<br />
c. Applications will be reviewed after the SGA group 2 elections by the<br />
current CEO officers and the Director of <strong>Student</strong> Involvement and<br />
Programs.<br />
d. Current CEO Board Members who wish to continue serving CEO will<br />
be considered first for appointment.<br />
e. I f positions remain open applications will be accepted from the student<br />
body to fill them.<br />
C. Emergency Elections for Board Members<br />
a. If the CEO Board falls below 4 members then an emergency<br />
application process will need to take place.<br />
b. Applications will be reviewed by the officers and the Director of<br />
<strong>Student</strong> Involvement and Programs.<br />
c. Interviews will be held and all CEO members are welcome to attend.<br />
d. The final decision will be made by the CEO officers and the Director of<br />
<strong>Student</strong> Involvement and Programs.<br />
e. If there are inadequate application responses, appointments will be<br />
made by the CEO President and approved by a majority vote from the<br />
CEO officers.<br />
Article VIII: Removal from Office<br />
A. Removal of any elected CEO office shall be carried out in accordance with<br />
Article V. B. 4 of the SGA Constitution<br />
a. In the event that an Officer must be removed from office the line of<br />
succession is as follows:<br />
i. Vice President<br />
ii. Recruitment and Retention<br />
iii. Treasurer<br />
iv. Event Planners<br />
b. In the event that any CEO Board Member must be removed from office<br />
the position will be filled by emergency election at the organizations<br />
next meeting<br />
B. Removal of any CEO member shall be carried out by a 2/3 majority vote.<br />
C. Any CEO Officer or Board Member may be removed from office for 2<br />
absences or 3 unexcused tardies to a meeting<br />
Article IX: Constitutional Changes<br />
Members of CEO Board may present constitutional changes. Constitutional<br />
changes must be approved by a 2/3 vote of the CEO Board. Constitutional<br />
changes must be ratified by the majority vote of the SGA officers.<br />
