Gerardo C. Ablaza, Jr.<br />
Mr. Ablaza, 59, Filipino, has served as Director since June<br />
1997. He is a Senior Managing Director of <strong>Ayala</strong> Corporation<br />
and a member of the <strong>Ayala</strong> Group Management Committee,<br />
a post he has held since 1998. He also serves as director for<br />
Azalea International Ventures Partners, AsiaCom Philippines,<br />
Inc., LiveIt Investment Ltd. and AC Energy Holdings, Inc.<br />
Mr. Ablaza is currently the President and CEO of Manila<br />
Water Company w<strong>here</strong> he is responsible for overseeing<br />
the financial and operational growth within Manila Water’s<br />
service areas in the Metro Manila east zone and in its<br />
expansion areas. He was also the former President and<br />
CEO of Globe Telecom, Inc. from 1998 to April 2009 during<br />
which he was recognized by CNBC as the Asia Business<br />
Leader of the Year, making him the first Filipino CEO to<br />
win the award. In the same year, he was also awarded by<br />
Telecom Asia as the Best Asian Telecom CEO. Prior to<br />
joining the <strong>Ayala</strong> Group, he was Vice-President and Country<br />
Business Manager for the Philippines and Guam of Citibank,<br />
N.A. for its Global Consumer Banking Business after heading<br />
the Credit Payments Products Division of Citibank, N.A.<br />
Singapore. Mr. Ablaza graduated summa cum laude from<br />
De La Salle University in 1974 with a degree in Liberal Arts,<br />
Major in Mathematics (Honors Program).<br />
Ernest L. Cu.<br />
Mr. Cu, 52, Filipino, is currently the President and Chief<br />
Executive Officer of Globe Telecom, Inc. Mr. Cu has served<br />
as Director since April 2009. He joined the Company<br />
on 1 October 2008 as Deputy CEO. He brings with him<br />
over two decades of general management and business<br />
development experience spanning multi-country operations.<br />
In 2010, he was adjudged Best CEO by Finance Asia and<br />
was moreover conferred the International Association of<br />
Business Communicators (IABC) CEO EXCEL award for<br />
communication excellence in telecom and IT. In 2012, Mr. Cu<br />
earned international accolade as CEO of the Year by Frost<br />
& Sullivan Asia Pacific. Prior to joining Globe, he was the<br />
President and Chief Executive Officer of SPI Technologies,<br />
Inc., w<strong>here</strong> he received the Ernst & Young ICT Entrepreneur<br />
of the Year award in 2003. Mr. Cu earned his Bachelor of<br />
Science in Industrial Management Engineering from De<br />
La Salle University in Manila, and his Master of Business<br />
Administration from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of<br />
Management, Northwestern University.<br />
Jaime Augusto Zobel de <strong>Ayala</strong>.<br />
Mr. Zobel, 53, Filipino, has served as Chairman of the<br />
Board since December 1996 and a Director since March<br />
1989. He is the Chairman and CEO of <strong>Ayala</strong> Corporation.<br />
He also holds the following positions: Chairman of Globe<br />
Telecom, Inc., Bank of the Philippine Islands, and Integrated<br />
Micro-Electronics, Inc.; Co-Chairman of <strong>Ayala</strong> Foundation,<br />
Inc.; Vice Chairman of <strong>Ayala</strong> Land, Inc. and Manila Water<br />
Company, Inc.; Co-Vice Chairman of Mermac, Inc.; Director<br />
of Alabang Commercial Corporation, <strong>Ayala</strong> International Pte<br />

Hui Weng Cheong.<br />
Mr Hui, 58, Singaporean, has served as Director since<br />
October 2010. Mr. Hui is currently the Chief Operating<br />
Officer with the SingTel Group’s Thai associate, Advanced<br />
Info Service (AIS), and is responsible for sales and<br />
marketing, network operations, IT solutions, and customer<br />
and services management. He has held this position<br />
prior to his return to SingTel in 2010 as CEO International,<br />
responsible for growing the Group's overseas investment<br />
and strengthening its relationships with overseas partners.<br />
Mr. Hui started his SingTel career as an engineer and worked<br />
in various management roles within the Group. In 1995,<br />
he was posted to Thailand as the Managing Director of<br />
Shinawatra Paging, before returning to Singapore in 1999<br />
to take on the role of Vice President (Consumer Products)<br />
to manage the product development of all new mobile,<br />
paging, internet, broadband and telephone business. Mr. Hui<br />
graduated with First Class Honors in Electrical Engineering<br />
from the National University of Singapore in 1980, and<br />
obtained his Master in Business Administration from the<br />
International Business Education and Research Program at<br />
the University of Southern California, USA in 1992.<br />
