The Lake <strong>Erie</strong> Region Conservancy (LERC) is a local, non-profit, membership-supported organization<br />

adoption and implementation of legislation that protects, restores, or enhances the health of the<br />

sub-watersheds in the Lake <strong>Erie</strong> Basin; and oppose legislation and implementation plans that have an adverse<br />
