6. Having agreed to represent the client, you create an Outline record to ensure that all the
necessary pretrial steps are followed. You have a Schedule Chain already set up to calculate
deadlines for personal injury cases in your state, so you use that to create an Outline and a set of
ToDo records for the various steps to take in pursuing the case.

Outline for the
chained ToDo
records.
The Outline form
shows the individual
ToDo records
associated with each
Outline element. As
you complete each
element, you can
mark it Done on the
Outline.

similar suits previously brought against it and who represented the company in those suits. There
are many options available that allow users to perform this type of research using LexisNexis
