7 Data and Visualization
7.1 Highlights
SDSC continued visualization support for the latest SCEC simulations with selected ones featured
at SC’10 Gordon Bell, Masterworks presentations, and the SC’10 plenary video presentation.
Members of the TACC Visualization group facilitated the efforts of TeraGrid user Rob Farber to
scale his code to 500 GPUs using the TeraGrid resource Longhorn. Farber successfully ran the
code during dedicated time and presented the results at SC10.
